AfroDisiaca Auction Mechanism

Welcome to the AfroDisiaca Auction Room—where desire meets exclusivity:

To enter the auction, you must pay a one-time, non-refundable $100 entry fee. This grants you full access to place unlimited bids on the featured item.

Each $100 entry fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee product ownership. It serves solely as access to participate.

The auction operates under a "highest bid wins" rule. When the countdown reaches 3 minutes, any new bid will trigger a 1-minute extension. This extension will continue to renew with each new bid until no further bids are made.

Once the auction closes, the highest bidder will have 24 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received, the second-highest bidder will be notified and granted 24 hours to pay. If this bidder fails, the third-highest will receive the same opportunity. Should all three fail to pay, the auction will be reopened for an additional 3 days.

AfroDisiaca covers worldwide shipping. However, shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the location of the winner. AfroDisiaca is not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or international restrictions.

Legal Disclosure

By entering any AfroDisiaca auction, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

The $100 entry fee is strictly non-refundable. It applies regardless of bidding activity or auction outcome.
The highest bidder wins the auctioned item. Bidding extensions activate in the final three minutes as outlined.
Winners must complete payment within 24 hours. Failure to do so forfeits the prize to the next eligible bidder.
All auctioned items are worn and used intimately by AfroDisiaca for creative and sensual content. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
Shipping is complimentary but dependent on third-party carriers. AfroDisiaca is not liable for delays, customs processing, international fees, or failed deliveries. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary by region.
Content on this site—including visuals, text, and brand assets—is protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.

Clarifications

Paying the entry fee does not guarantee a product. It is a paid gateway to participate.
If you win and do not pay within the 24-hour window, the opportunity passes to the next bidder.
Products are intimate and final sale. No returns are accepted under any condition.

We strive for stunning accuracy, but color and appearance may vary. All product details can look different in person, however, we guarantee that’s the correct product.

Your bid or purchase is your offer. We reserve the right to decline any order. Your order completes only after confirmation and payment. Cancellations might not be possible after acceptance.

SECTION 4 – FEES & PAYMENT
All prices, including the $100 auction fee, are current at time of order and exclude taxes/shipping. You must provide accurate payment info and bear responsibility for payment authorization.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING
You purchased it? We ship—for free worldwide. But delivery times are estimates. Once we hand an item to the carrier, risk shifts to the carrier and you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything here—brand, text, images—is owned by AfroDisiaca or its licensors. Your use is strictly personal. Copy all you want, but don’t reproduce or sell it.

SECTION 7 – THIRD‑PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may offer third-party tools “as-is.” We won’t be liable if they malfunction. External links are disclaimers—your risk, your evaluation.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY
Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to collection and sharing with Shopify if needed.

SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK
If you share feedback, you grant us perpetual usage rights—license royalty-free to reproduce, modify, and publish it.

SECTION 10 – ERRORS & CANCELLATIONS
Typos, pricing errors, and product availability mistakes may happen. We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders at any time, if that’s the case, and it’s not a bid, we will grant you a full refund.

SECTION 11 – PROHIBITED CONDUCT
No illegal activity, harassment, IP infringement, spam, or hacking. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access.

SECTION 12 – TERMINATION
We may revoke your access at any time. Sections on IP, warranties, liability, and governing law survive.

SECTION 13 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The shop and auctions are offered “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law.

SECTION 14 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We and Shopify aren’t liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages—including lost profits—related to your use of our services or purchases.

SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and hold AfroDisiaca, Shopify and their affiliates harmless against claims arising from your breach or misuse.

SECTION 17 – SEVERABILITY & WAIVER
If one part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. No waiver by us means future waiver.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AfroDisiaca is headquartered. You agree to jurisdiction there.

SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
